Shipping Process

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday:
9 AM to 7 PM. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel, delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions, strikes and pandemics.

We have partnered with Shiprocket for shipping services within India & DHL for international shipping.
Please provide a mobile number that you are available at, and your complete shipping address including the pin-code, email & cell phone.

This will help us ensure smooth delivery of your order. At the time of delivery, if the packaging looks damaged or tampered, please do not accept the package.

Shipping Charges

For International Shipping and handling, a fixed rate of INR 2500 on each “check out” would be applicable. The same is subject to change in the future that would be implemented by our courier partner.

For international shipping, there are pin codes that fall under Remote Area service (RAS) & additional charges will be applicable for the same. We will email you in an event of that sort to get your confirmation. Post your consent, we will send you a payment link for the amount applicable for RAS. The shipment will be couriered after the receipt of the payment confirmation.

Shipping within India is free.

Shipping Timeline:  Items that are ready in stock will be shipped within 1-2 Business days. Commissioned art work or Pattachitra art will take 10-15 Business days to arrive. Pattachitra art work orders can be placed as back order.

Cancellation

In case there is a change in the decision and cancellation is sought, the same can be initiated from your dashboard within 6 hours of placement of the order. In the event on any technical difficulty, you could write to us @ care@kalkattevaali.in

Duties And Taxes

All of Kalkatte Vaali orders are shipped internationally from Kolkata, India to your provided shipping address via Courier Partner. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges or Remote Area Deliver (RAS)will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges or RAS are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees. To make your shopping experience as seamless as possible, we have arranged with Courier Partner to customs clear your goods for you and deliver them to your doorstep. If you are presented with an invoice from Courier Partner for import duties and taxes, you will have to pay Courier Partner directly at the time of delivery. Kalkatte Vaali takes no responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.

Modes of Payment

For shipping within India, we accept all major debit & credit cards excluding Diners. We also provide Net Banking, UPI & Wallet options.

For international payments, we accept all major credit cards in major currencies excluding Diners.

The payments are powered by RAZORPAY.
