Amidst numerous sprawling mansions in Shobha Bazar – North Kolkata, Putul Baari aka The House of Dolls has been controversially known for its paranormal characteristics.
This gorgeous structure is located in Shobha Bazar Jetty. The location was treated conducive for trade activities through River Hoogly when the English ruled. The mansion was once used as a warehouse where ships off- loaded goods for storage and also was the home of many owners.
