Kantha is a running-stitch style from West Bengal, where upcycled cloth with elaborate designs are patched & vividly embroidered onto the textile to give it a textured aesthetic.
The dupatta/shawl is hand embroidered and may have slight irregularities that are a natural outcome of the human involvement in the process.
